If a Gift Voucher is being used the same conditions will apply, with the fees being deducted from the value of the Voucher.

We understand that there will be times when you may need to change your appointment.
Regular Appointments:
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice of cancellation.

Less than 24 hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of the service.

Less than 3 hrs or a "No Show" attracts 100% of the session cost.
